Day 1 of South Beach Diet

I started the South Beach Diet today with the support of a few friends. The only thing I have to get use to is eating six times a day versus once or twice.
Other than that, this is easy!
Today I’ve eaten eggs, kippers, bell peppers, cucumbers, cheese, chicken and romaine salad, grilled mozzarella, stir-fried zucchini and grilled swordfish, along with 3 liters of water. Now, I’m enjoying a cup of green tea and enjoying some free time.
