Today I am acknowledging my presence in this physical body as I use it to explore the world around me. As spring becomes manifest, I marvel at the colors and the life that is unfolding around me.
This energy is being manifested in glorious form right before me. I can touch, taste, smell hear and see this incredible world.
I am here to enjoy my beingness in this wondrous world and to appreciate beauty and to create beauty.
